Our History

Besyata Investment Group is managed by the fourth generation of the Beitel family. Founded over two decades ago, Besyata began investing in distressed multifamily properties in the major U.S. and European markets. It has since grown into a highly specialized value-add investor in multifamily and retail real estate with a geographic focus on the continental U.S.

Since inception, Besyata has invested its own capital in over 100 successful transactions, and continues to grow and diversify its real estate portfolio.
